RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Can i return my goods purchased at www.tigels.com?
Yes. We at Tigel’s strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, all eligible items may be returned by mail within 10 days of the original ship date.
- All eligible items may be returned unless purchased during a promotional sale.
- Only items ordered from the official Tigel’s website may be returned.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of the original ship date.
- Items must be unworn and any items altered or damaged may not be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags and dust bags. Any items returned that do not fit these requirements are subject to a $10 repackaging fee.
- All Tigel’s Dolls are final sale and non-refundable.
- All Tigel’s Gift Boxes are final sale and non-refundable.
Please note that if a return does not meet the requirements listed above, we have the right to refuse the return.
How to return your order:
Step 1: Fill out the Return Reason on the bottom of your return Form.
Step 2: Place the items you wish to return along with this Sales Receipt/Return Form in your return package and seal it securely.
Step 3: Mail your package via the carrier of your choice to:

Please note, all return costs are at the customers responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insure your package as all lost/damaged packages are at the responsibility of the customer.
Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
If you are returning a gift and prefer a store credit rather than a refund to the original purchaser, please check the box on your return form, and include a separate clearly written note providing us with your email address and contact information so we can send you store credit details.
Please be advised, if you received free shipping with your order and return the full order, $9.95 USD will be deducted from your total refund for domestic shipping.
Tigel’s does not offer direct exchanges for previous orders. If you would like to exchange your item, simply process a regular return on the original order and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. Please note, all exchange shipping costs are always at the responsibility of the buyer.
